You migration graph is as a percentage, if it was in real terms, it would show more than a doubling in migration. Migration seems greater because in an ever more crowded world we are accepting even more migrants while we already feel we have too much population. Personally, I dislike the people just moving into our what used to be a smaller city from the nearby larger city. I hate they are cutting down the trees to make new apartments, roads, businesses and homes. These are internal migrants. They are pushing me out making me consider migrating to a more rural community. Population pressures are real.
