You want to take bets on this:

" Electric aircraft will be servicing short routes in the next five years."

It will still be nothing but a novelty in that period unless there is a huge subsidy or some sort of carbon tax on the airlines/air travel. Not many people use an airline for travel of only 100 miles. My round trip to the airport is almost that much. We will see great improvements in the technology in those 5 years making any plane bought in the next few years obsolete before it is paid off.
