Supporting candidates who support your three policy initiatives will not get enough of them elected to make passing those policies possible. In my jurisdiction nobody who supports those policies will even be on the ticket. Progressives can only win in a limited number of urban areas.

I am not suggesting giving up on elections, I am just pointing out the ballot box is not going to get those policies implemented.

A revolution will not get us there either.
