Your idea of confiscating all net worth over a billion

dollars is nonsensical. It is beyond the capability of any government on the planet. If they did the spoils would not make a difference. The problem with fighting poverty is not a lack of money, it is a lack of will. If we really wanted to eliminate poverty we could just borrow the money. We don't really know how to fight poverty and we don't have enough people who would dedicate their life to the task. Most of the money we do spend fighting poverty does not make it to the poor.

Regarding knocking down Billionaires to create 13 million more millionaires, just silly. There are already 32 million millionaires, another 13 million does not some how create a greater good.
