yup, we should be doing more. The dollar amount is not a good measure. We need to reduce emissions. We could do that without spending a penny we could just tax emissions or carbon consumption. We do need to prepare for the coming disruption and mitigate what we can and that does cost money that must flow to the third world. Again it should not be measured by how much it costs but by how much good it does.
